The Highland Coos (Coo is how they say cow in Scottish)
These guys are soo cute...they can't see a things through their fringes though.
Kenny and his humble abode in Glasgow
Loch Lomond, at the beginning of the highlands

For lunch Kenny and I stopped in a nearby town called Balmaha, here I tried my first pile of Haggis in the spirit of Robert Burns Day only 2 days earlier.

What's in Haggis you ask?

Cooked in a sheep's stomach (bag) it contains...

cleaned sheep or lamb's stomach bag

dry oatmeal

chopped mutton suet

lamb's or deer's liver, boiled and minced

stock

the heart and lights of the sheep, boiled and minced

onion

salt and pepper

Yum yum!

This is what it looks like..although i didn't take a photo of mine...didn't taste too bad either!
